This is like that. Except it’s Arthritis and finding out my semi-celebrity-crush also suffers from it.

When I’m too tired. Too sore. I think of this.
Pain is just a feeling, like happiness or guilt - it comes and it goes. You’ll feel better for it - trust me.
Do your body a favour. It will be more sore and tired if you don’t.
